Grievance Remediation Services

Turning Complaints into Meaningful Remedy

A grievance mechanism is only effective if it leads to action. Many organizations have hotlines, worker voice platforms, or complaint systems. Yet workers often continue to face retaliation, unresolved cases, or limited access to remedy after reporting labour rights violations. Rehbar Foundation provides independent grievance remediation services that help organizations move beyond compliance and towards meaningful, worker-centred solutions.

Our Approach

01

Independent Assessment

Every case begins with listening to the worker. We conduct confidential interviews, gather evidence, and engage stakeholders before recommending a course of action.

02

Worker-Centred Remediation

Remedy goes beyond resolving a complaint. We support workers through referrals, counselling, legal pathways, and continued engagement.

03

Factory Engagement

We work collaboratively with factory management to investigate concerns, implement corrective actions, and build systems that prevent recurrence.

04

Monitoring and Follow-up

A case is not complete simply because it has been closed administratively. We follow up on agreed actions and monitor outcomes.

WHY REHBAR FOUNDATION?

We bridge the gap between reporting and remedy. Our approach combines human rights due diligence, community engagement, dialogue, and worker-centred remediation to ensure grievances lead to meaningful action rather than remaining unresolved records.

Because accountability begins after a complaint is filed.
