We work with workers to understand their rights, recognise harm, and how to respond when those rights are not upheld. This includes harassment, discrimination, forced and child labour, and wage violations. When a grievance is raised, we work beyond the report towards resolution, through case tracking, referrals, and corrective action.

Rehbar Foundation is a development organisation in Pakistan working at the intersection of labour welfare, skills, and community protection. Rehbar was founded to close a gap that runs across Pakistan's supply chains: workers are central to production, yet too often remain excluded from the recognition, protection, and voice they need.
Rehbar works across Pakistan with cotton pickers, factory workers, children, and young people in marginalised communities, groups that remain largely unseen within the systems that sustain production. Our programmes bring agriculture and industry together around a shared commitment to dignity, protection, agency, and sustainability.
